Do I need a specific template to use Support Portal?

 

No. Support Portal will work equally well on any template you choose to download and install on your Joomla CMS.

How long will it take to set up Support Portal?

 

This depends entirely on the size of your website. Support Portal has been designed to be completely customisable so you can alter every aspect to suit your individual requirements.

If you have a small website and want just a simple support section, require a small set of FAQs and knowledge base articles for example - it will simply take approximately 10 minutes of your time.

If however, you want to take the time to add a large number of knowledge base articles and FAQs then it will obviously take longer.

The initial set up of Support Portal will literally take just a few minutes - however depending on the size of your website and the detail you want to provide to your users - it can take anything up to several hours.

Whichever way you choose we are confident that you will be happy with the results and Support Portal will create a professional organised support section to your website of any size.

Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegitarians. Other nutritional information can be found along with the product but if you have a specific enquiry then please contact us.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products have a 6 month minimum shelf-life, so don;t worry that the mix needs to be used straight away.

We are very proud of the recipes we have created for our mixes however we choose not to publish them.

Can I add a gift tag to a product?

 

Yes! We offer a range of gift tags, you can write your own message or choose a pre-written message for your gift. We also offer a range of wrapping to make sure your gift is perfect.
