Information about delivery of your products

Can I track my order?

You can track your delivery by clicking on “My Account" and selecting “Order Tracking” on the left hand side under “Account Options”.

Can I choose to have my order delivered in the evening?

Our delivery slots are between 6 and 10pm in the evening, Monday to Friday, just select at checkout. Subject to availability.

Can my order be delivered on sunday?

Place your order before 10PM on Saturday via our website for delivery on Sunday* and be ready for the week ahead. Subject to availability.

Can my order be delivered on the same day?

Can I send an order to a friend?

Our Send to a Friend Service means your order can be delivered to a friend or neighbour*.

Please note we don’t accept Visa Electron or Connect for telephone payments.

How can I get free home delivery?

FREE NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £150

You can get free nominated day delivery when you spend £150 or more per order, per delivery address in the UK. This offer excludes orders containing gift cards.

The free delivery offer is subject to availability. 

To use this offer, choose nominated day delivery from the delivery options menu, enter FREENDAY in the promotions box at checkout and click Apply.

What can I do if I lose the recipe information?

Don't worry! The recipe information can be accessed by logging in to our website and selecting the mix you have. 

Are your mixes suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegitarians. Other nutritional information can be found along with the product but if you have a specific enquiry then please contact us. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products have a 6 month minimum shelf-life, so don;t worry that the mix needs to be used straight away.

How should I store your products?

All products should be stored in a cool, dry place. 

Can I have the recipe for your products?

We are very proud of the recipes we have created for our mixes however we choose not to publish them. 

Can I add a gift tag to a product?

Yes! We offer a range of gift tags, you can write your own message or choose a pre-written message for your gift. We also offer a range of wrapping to make sure your gift is perfect.
