When opening a Technical Support ticket, please provide as much information about your problem as you can. For any errors, please enable the system debug option, and provide details on the errors. Tickets with no information on how to reproduce your issue will only be replied to with requests for more information.
Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we will no longer be develping this software, sales have been disabled but support will continue for our existing customers for a few months.
