Recent downtime and lost support tickets
Sincere apologies about the recent downtime. Our host has had a few issues, and we have had to restore from our most recent offsite backup.
Due to this we have lost several forum posts and support tickets. If you have submitted a support ticket since Fri 14th June, please re-open the ticket and we will get a response as soon as possible.

It is designed to showcase an example of how Freestyle Support Portal will handle large ammounts of data. The support section is set up with multiple departments, and several ticket handlers being assigned tickets. There is also an example setup of the Ticket Groups system.

This is an example of a medium sized company setup. It is set up with 6 products, and a variety of FAQs and Knoweledge Base articles. Support is set up with 3 users, one a global admin user, and the other 2 handling 3 products each.
