We have created a few demo sites to illustrate the versatility- this is a brief summary and by no means the limit to the product.

This is an example of a large company setup, illustrating many products, FAQs, and Knoweledge Base articles. It is designed to showcase an example of how Freestyle Support Portal will handle large ammounts of data. The support section is set up with multiple departments, and several ticket handlers being assigned tickets. There is also an example setup of the Ticket Groups system.

This is an example of a medium sized company setup. It is set up with 6 products, and a variety of FAQs and Knoweledge Base articles. Support is set up with 3 users, one a global admin user, and the other 2 handling 3 products each.
